Practice with it on and off. I leave it on while "still hunting", and take it off if Im in a tree.

Each time you remove an arrow, your arrow will hit 1 1/2 to 2 inches off target at about 40 yards
Hmmm. I leave mine on (It's a 2 piece) always have. It is my contention that it takes 1 arrow to down a deer, moose, etc. Therefore, practicing with a quiver 1 shy of full should eliminate this.

well to me i don't think it realy matters which you choose. but when you choose one be consistent. I target shoot with my quiver off so i also hunt with my quiver off. I think it would affect my shooting if i put the quiver on in the field after shooting all the time with it off. I know keeping the quiver on the bow is sure a lot handier but i also like how light the bow is when i take the quiver off. I guess its just personal preference.

The only time I have my quiver on my bow is when I'm walking to/from my stand. It gets in the way and makes the bow heavier so I never shoot with it on.

I leave mine on. I do all my hunting from the ground out west. Spot & stalk.
I also practice with it on and full, so my bow does not feel balanced without it.

I never take mine off, never have. Always practice with it on and hunt with it on. It has never gotten in the way. It's just one less thing to have to hang up when you get up the tree..........
