Default Blood sign left on the arrow

Can anyone tell me what the different blood signs are found on the arrow that can tell you about the effectiveness of your shot? I know if there are air bubbles in the blood it means that you shot through the lungs. What are some other signs?

If you see food on the arrow it could be stomach hits.

Dark red blood with no bubbles is usually a muscle shot like the diaphram or front of liver or any other muscle shot.

Mixed dark red blood with slimey green is usually front of paunch / liver.

Slimy green with food particles is ofcourse a paunch hit.
