late season hunts, ware
I am hunting a 20 acre woods, the deer come through the same area everyday
right around 4:00. The problem Im having is they keep seeing me,they dont run off they just stare me down and turn and walk off, I cant get a shoot off theres always atleast 8 dear and as many as 18, to many eyes looking, i scent all cloths and am 16 feet up.the wind is in my face, the littles ones will play and eat under my stand but as soon as the big ones come in they seem to know im up in the tree.I am in full camo, would i be better off with say all brown or gray.Or would i be better off on the ground in some brush.they did this to me 3 nights in a row so i mowed my stand about 40 yards and they did it to again tonight, any help would be much appreciated,

This happens here a lot after gun season. I switch to Skyline camo when they start looking up. The trees are bare so you seem to stand out. be patient and it will happen. I finally got out Wed. night after being laid up with the flu and took a doe. Never saw me. I was lucky!

If it was me I would either turn around the tree and let them walk by and shoot the last deer that walked by or position myself just outside of where they are entering your honey hole.
