Another doe for the freezer.

This doe was shot on 12/24/03. She moved when I shot and I got her shoulder. Arrow exited offside crease. She went 80 yrds and was down.

3rd doe of the year and only 1 buck. We are trying to do some serious herd reduction.

I shot a doe this year and hit her sholder as well. The arrow then hit the opposite hip bone, broke off when she ran the 20 odd yards and died. What kind of broadhead were you using and what condition is it in now? My 125 g thunderhead is still in great condition.

I shot her with a NAP shockwave out of a 63# Q2. She broke the broadhead end of the arrow off someplace and I'll be dang if I can find it. It is prob. those hardwoods GT shafts.

Good season big guy. You did your part, thinning the herd.

Congrats on your doe!
You are doing your part for game management in your area, there is nothing at all wrong with taking doe's.
