Default Quivers for expandables?????????????

Does Kwickee Quiver make a new one for expandables? Does any other company make a good quiver for expandables?

You know.....something told me when I opened the Bowhunting forum that someone needed a "Quiver for Expandables".......hmmmmmm that's funny where did I get that idea?
Ya got a little target panic goin' with the mouse there Bob?

Not sure if this helps or not, but I've gone completely away from bow mounted quivers.....I don't even like a bracket on there.(I have enough poop hanging off my bow already)
I use a simple tube hip quiver with moleskin on the inside and "Spandoflage" on the outside.....when I get to my stand I clip the quiver to my hoist rope w/ my bow.....pull it up with the stretchy stuff over the nocks (so they don't fall out), then I clip the tube to my climbers seat section where it sits next to me out of the way and bored out of it's mind because I haven't needed a second arrow in about 10 years!

Works great for expandables because you can just slip the next arrow out without having to "pop" it out of rubber grippers......just another idea.

The Alpine softlock series can be used for fixed blade or mechanicals. I love mine.

I got an Alpine Quiver last season and I think Its the best you can buy. Its not expensive (around 35dls), Its very quiet and you can get it in diferents camo patterns I got mine in the catalog of Bass Pro for my Mathews Ultra2 and actually works better than the original from mathews.
Besides, you can change the foam in the quiver for fixed or mech.

good luck.

I agree with the boys above,Big B. The Alpine Soft-Lok is a sweety.Check one out and I'm sure you'll give it a ride home to meet the Bowman.

Quickee makes a quiver for expandables. It'll hold either but was especially made with the expandables in mind. It looks just like the other Quickees but does not have the foam in the bottom. It has the rubber fingers like you have on the shaft also mounted on the lip of the hood so the arrow shaft itself is gripped in two places. The head rest against a rubberized pad in the bottom with the point inside a little raised circular lip.

Bob,

I see, David already told you about the Kwikee. Another thing I like about the Kwikee is...
You can get a bracket from Kwikee to attach to the tree that your stand is on to attach it to your quiver once you remove it from your bow. Comes in handy.
Like Cheif stated, the Alpine is a good one too.
Matt's idea is a good one also.

I'm using a Lynx made by Bohning. Holds for arrows. Slides on and off.

I already have the attachment for the Quickee Quiver on my bow so the double holder sounds good to me. I will check them all out at the IL deer classic in a couple of weeks. Thanks for the advice.

Matt/PA, Does the target panic jab come from the fact more than one post showed up on this topic? My computer froze twice when I tried to post this, I was surprised it even made it to the forum at all. Thanks if you had to delete an extra message or two. Replys work great, but new topics just froze up on me lately.
