RE: Anybody ever heard of Benchmade Knives?
I've got a number of Benchmade folders. Different styles and different models. None of them were what I'd call cheap...but very well made knives. And yes, I am very happy with them!
My everyday carry knives are a Benchmade.....and a key ring "swiss" with toothpick and tweezers, (the Swiss gets the most use).

I like what I'm 'hearing' here and seeing on their website. I may have to go back over to my buddy's house and look a bit more closely at it. Who knows, maybe Santa could still be convinced to bring me one.
He has the OSborne, model 940. The price I'm seeing on the various sites for that thing is between $150 and $175. I guess I know what I'll be helping him do next year after he field dresses his buck and leaves it lying in the woods...[:@][:@]

I've carried one for about 4 years.
LOVE IT !!
I always have a folder on me, even at home.
My Benchmade alternates with a spyderco endura.
The spyderco goes to work, but the benchmade goes everywhere else.
They are pricy so I'm paranoid about losing it.
