Hey cloud9, elk river is practically my backyard. Get out and leave my bucks alone! hehe. I hunt in Otsego and Big lake. Maybe I should find some land in Elk River. Dang!
Oh, in MN you can shoot two bucks if you are party hunting and fill someone elses tag. Unless you buy the all season buck tag then you can' t party hunt.

BigDaddy12t..........Just to answer back on the tagging 2 deer in MN..... your right, you can' t. You can party hunt though and I rarely hunt myself. We usually have 2 to 5 guys when we go out. In my original post you' ll read I was hunting with a buddy(he tagged it). All of us on this property have the same thoughts on taking deer. We don' t shoot bucks unless they' re wall hangers(hopefully P@Y) and if we do shoot one we have to do a full mount. We may take anterless deer if we' re sure its not a button. The last 3 years we have way more bucks and the antler size has dramatically increased. Its amazing what happen when you let them grow up!

CLOUD 9, Thanks for the response, thats what I figured, that you were party hunting. I just wanted to make sure that I understood the new laws this year, and I wasnt missing anything. Awesome job this year!
