Went out today on the new lease and hunted/scouted per say. I found a deer trail that looks like its been traveled by a buck. There were lots of big rubs along the trail that dead ended into a bedding area. What does it mean when there are rubs but no scrapes??

Besides that i saw four dogs and two five gallon buckets of motor oil someone has put on my land. Things are fixing to get nasty. Ive been looking for something to shoot with my bow

here it was the opposite way. i prolly saw 10-15 scrapes this year before i found a rub. But now a little later in the year they are starting to make more rubs.
