Default RE: HELP

Well guys, it looks like I will be kickin myself for a while. I went out Saturday morning and I found the arrow about 35 yards from where I shot the buck. The PSE arrow broke off about 9 inches from the broadhead. We had 6 guys lookin for it for about 6 hours. We found no real decent blood trail. We found blood here and there, then it completely stopped. We found only a few spots where he looked like he stopped and there we had real noticeable blood. Then we found a spot it looks like where he beded for the night, and we found fresh blood, that was still in the liquid form not dried on the leaves. We didn' t see him when we came through but the blood was still wet. Any idea what could have happened??

It is a terrible feeling. I know we aren' t all as gifted as the others on here. But what is one to do when you know he you find blood in the liquid form after leaving him go for the night. Just a bad experience I want to try to forget
