You need to know how to sit still and have a comfortable seat.

A good bow and arrow setup that works and you are familiar with and comfortable shooting.
The ability to calm yourself and "Buck Fever" can happen on your first doe also. I get it on every animal I shoot, I you don;t you will tire of hunting.
- Do you know how to hunt already? Have you ever hunted and know how to draw without being seen by deer, or the game?
- Are you familiar with the place you plan to hunt
- Do you have the gear and know how to use it well?
