sorry monsterbuckland, i guess if you have the solid biscuit, this wont work to easy, you will then have to cut a slot in your biscuit and gently spread it apart.
look at pictures of the quick shot biscuit and you will get an idea of where to cut it..
or you could buy a quick shot biscuit and spread it apart... i had to do that with mine...
