OK Wolfen68!

I have allready put in my 2 cents worth because I didn't want to "rock the boat"!! BUT you have a POINT and I won't deny that! I'm not sure where we separate the "issues"!! I agree that it gets really REALLY OLD seeing the same things on this board. Mech -vs- fixed. Bow Tec -vs-Matthews. Do you Bow only? What do you yoyo's think of gun hunters? Would you take this shot or that( Thanks to Stealthycat and a good effort,...... but a waste of space!!! IMO!!!!) Which bow do you recommend? The best carbon arrow? Who's the best outfitter in Wisconsin? I'm a newbie,..... what bow do you recommend? Whats new from Matthews at the AMO!!! Do you hunt from a tree stand? How many hunt turkey with a bow? What the best bow? When's the best time "morning or evening"? Do you wear rubber boots,....HELL,....Do you believe in rubbers,..!!!!!!!geessssszzzzzuuusss I'M sick!!!!!!!!!(Trojans that is)DANM!!!!!!!!!!!! IT PITASSSSSS ME!!!!!AS YOU CAN SEE,,,,for me it "IT AIN'T WORTH IT"!!!!!...on and ON AND frickin on!!!!! ITS all that really counts,.....sorry "BOW TECH" fans but you are just "PROMOTING INOVATIONS THAT MATHEWS OFFERED 5 YEARS AGO Give me a frickin break!!!!!!

Well Frank,....As I see it,......you are put in a real catch 22 here!!! OK MAYBE NOT! Ain't an easy decision is it!!!!!!!!!!Like it or not????????????????????????

Something to keep in mind:

Most other message boards have only one forum for bowhunting. IMHO we have the best tech forum anywhere; however, I am not sure that all the new people that have a tendency to ask the same questions as the last ten new guys know about it. So the questions often get asked here.

There will always be redundant questions, nothing we can or should do about that. This place is often a new member's sole source of information about bowhunting. For every time you answer the question "mechanical or fixed" pat your self on the back as educating another bowhunter. The way I look at it, we are all teachers and students here on this forum.

Maybe we could have the Admin put a message on this forum that would stay at the very top addressed to new members. Maybe something like this:

Welcome New Members - Please Read!

Were glad you found the best bowhunting forum on the net! All of your bowhunting questions are welcome here. We ask that you do use the search feature located at the top of the page to see if a similar question has been asked recently. We also invite you to join our Technical Forum about the technical side of equipment and set up of bows etc. Please keep your questions clean and on topic. If you have any questions feel free to contact one of the moderators for the board via email. Enjoy your stay at HuntingNetBBS.com!

I like everything the way it is now. But if they made changes I am sure they will work also. I really don't think they need to do the extra work trying to improve a forum that I think is perfect.

For me, I could care less what new forum might be made. Of course I would still visit it if it was made. But I would still stay in here and the technical forum for discussion on gear, because I think the people that help you out on things in this forum are great, and are really helpful, so I would stay here for that stuff.
