alot of hunters like to keep thier misses to their self and don' t tell anybody. i' m am hunter, misses will come and direct hits will come as a hunter i am glad to tell about my mistakes that is why it is called live and learn.

yes i do pratice from the air.. things do add up nervous, trying to estimate the range of the deer, second year bow hunting,. .

i only shoot out to 20 yards and thats it i will start shooting out futher when i get more experience. the doe was just out of range .

Bobcat things look very different from a treestand........a good little trick if you won' t shoot out past 20 yards is to put a few small colored ribbons in a few trees surrounding your stand at 20 yards. Pace off 20 yards to each tree and put a ribbon. 3 or 4 of these at exactly 20 yards will give you a good solid reference to look at from your stand. As soon as you have a deer inside the ribbons you know they are in range.
Remember pick a spot.....pick a single tiny spot to shoot at. Not the whole deer. Aim small miss small.
