We were up there a couple of weeks ago. The piebald buck walked right up to the fence so we could pet him. It was the first time I ever felt velvet on a live deer. My wife couldn' t get over how warm they were. My guess was that it was from all the blood running through his antlers. I' ll post some of my pictures when I get a chance.

Not sure if it is just me .. but seeing whitetail deer, especially big mature bucks, sitting in small pens like that depresses the hell out of me.

300 pound Pennsylvania deer!!!!!
I disagree....not PA Deer, Farm raised Pen deer that happen to be in PA..more cattle than deer. Like some others, breaks your heart.....yeah, there big, but I' m not impressed.
And you should have put PEN in your title.

big deer......but i could do the same in my backyard....nothing there to chase them...they dont have to scrounge for food....they get the very best nutrients and are well taken care of so they live forever and grow huge......its neat to see....but they are deer....to me they belong in the woods....it would be cool to see them though
