Uneducated was a little strong. My apologies to you but...
Simple question, can fixed blades deflect also?
I have been bowhunting gor 30 years so yes, I do have a little knowledge.
GMMAT - I have said my affiliation numerous times on here so I don't think it's worth repeating. But one thing for sure, I have ZERO to gain with my support of Rage BH's.

As I said in my post, fixed heads have their problems. But through my testing, cut on contact deflect less than any. A cut on contact, fixed head, is by far the best in all aspects. Ive tested many different heads, in the field and on paper. I even use broad testing in my physics courses when teaching basic Newtonian physics. Personally, I don't care what anyone shoots, I have not used a compound in years, I hunt traditional gear, but like I said, I will not let anyone use mechanicals on my land (unless for turkey). Ive seen too many people use mechanicals as a fix for bad tuned gear.
apoligies excepted, no foul.
