Default Amount of lost speed?

Hey guys I was wondering, How much speed does an arrow, weighing between 400 and 475 grains, loose at 20 yards and at thirty yards. I was curious because most of us check our speeds at like 10 feet. I' d like to figure KE at these distances.

free download the test version of arrow pro-

It will easily tell you exactly what you are looking for. A really slick little program.
