Default Hole in rubber boots

Noticed tonight that I have a hole in on of my rubber hunting boots. Anyone ever patched a hole in their boots before? If so, what did you use?

I have patched rubber boots quite a bit. I bought a patch kit from a sporting goods store. Clean the hole area good with fine sand paper and make sure it is dry and free from oil and dirt.

I've been using Shoe Goop.Just apply a glob let dry and you have a flexible fix.
