I would also recomend you shoot one, then decide for yourself. But,I would also have the checkbook with you, once you shoot the Patriot, you will probably be buying one.Bowtech is one of the best,if not the best bows on the market I.M.O.

The Patriot will make a fine treestand bow. The 03' s have been greatly improved. Balance, grip, weight. All better this year. A great hunting bow that gets overlooked is the Mighty Mite. Shoot one & see what I' m talking about.

RE: LOOKING AT BOWTECH BOWS
I a, trying to find a dealer near me to go check one out... BIG question I have is Dual, or single cam..... I have always been under the impression a dual cam was a pain to keep in time, and tune......
I really cant wait to see and shoot these bows..........

I have found it is just as easy today to keep a dual cam bow in time as it is for a single cam.
Plus with a dual cam bow you can creep tune them or as Pinwheel12 calls it super tune them which is something you really cant do with a solo cam.
On another note with the BT dual cams their draw force curve is stout as in they pick up the weight quick and keep the weight throughout the draw cycle.
If you are currently pulling 70lbs then look at the Pat Dually in a 60lb' s you will have less weight to pull but will have more speed and power.
My current Pat Dually at 60lbs is faster than my 02 single cam Pat set at 70lbs using the same arrow.
