Default Been awhile...

...since I ventured into the bowhunting forum. August 1 is closing in, that is usually when I dust off my bow and start practicing. I hung out in the off season for awhile but those guys aren' t as fun as they used to be, plus everyone here already knows that Spitfires are the best broadheads and Hoyt/Reflex are the best bows...[&:]

Well Mr4pt since you started stirring the pot I guess I will get things boiling a little quicker, I agree that spitfires rule, but anyone using more than one pin is a weenie! Any letoff greater than 65% should be outlawed because only a poacher would use them! Graphite arrows are the worst thing to happen to bow hunting in the past 30 years! Anyone who shoots a doe or anything less than an 8 pointer is a low life meat hunter!!!

Been nice not having you around. []

Good to see you back over on the bowhunting forum, must mean seasons are getting close for you guys. It has to suck to have to wait until season rolls around.

You get that new camo thong for this season, or are you still using that one from a few years ago?[&:]

ABM I am convinced you just come here to rub our noses in your good fortunes! I beleive the sole purpose of this thread is to stir the pot and as a result I wanted to add one more statement to bring it to a boil quicker.

Any one not shooting with fingers may as well be shooting a gun!

Surprisingly, the one you made me a few years ago is till holding up, that arctic fox is smmmmmooth. I do have one request for my next one, I know you are used to making them to fit yourself but they seem a bit too small for me, maybe you need to use a moose next time...

I don' t know 4pt, some tmes you make a little sence....but this time you are off the deep end.

Splitfires???? Everyone knows that your reflex don' t put out enough KE for those! Maybe you ought to turn the poundage up a tad from 48 lbs! Now if you were shooting my mathews, those splitfires wouldn' t work either.....my arrows would blow through so fast they wouldn' t open until they hit the dirt[] But you have been talking crap in the offseason about some weak golf game, so you might as well start it here about your shooting![8D]

Hey Taz, I have 3 pins but I only use 1 to hunt with. All the animals I shoot at are within 15 yards, the rest is just for show[:-] And I do use my fingers......to pull the trigger on my release And I resemble that low life meat hunter remark!

Splitfires???
No....SPITIRES, not splitfires...I would never use those[&:]

48 lbs is enough for me, I don' t have to make up for my " shortcomings" in something else with speed......besides, when you are as purty as I am, the deer don' t run away when they see me, giving me a nice, close shot...
