You wouldn't have happened to be in the Bass Pro shop in Des Moines would ya?

Lemme be the first to tell you, some of those guys have no business working back in the Archery section!

Great buck. Glad to see another Iowa giant fall!

Congrats on a very nice deer. You've made a lot of hunters jealous.

No the bow shop was a local one, where the old men are usually really nice to me. A lot of times they let me use the range for free and everything. But there's one younger guy working there that is a SNOB. My whisker biscuit and plastic cobra sight are a joke to him and he let's me know it. He brags about his 10 year old daughter and how well she shoots her Mathews Passion...and the girl told me last year her daddy took her hunting and she shot at 5 deer and never found any of them. Wounded 4 and clean missed one. And she was BRAGGING about it. Made me sick and disgusted that he was such a butt and looked down on my "cheap setup" and let's his daughter go out and hunt so poorly. I can't wait to show him how well my cheapo bow kills big bucks!!

And I LOVE my pink bow!! Everyone laughs at it but I don't take offense. It gives me a lot of amusement killing deer with my pink bow. Gotta have a woman's touch, yknow?
