RE: How much do you spend?
I added up all of my hunting and fishing money spent at the end the year a couple of years ago. It was well over $5000.00[]!!
I have since tried to cut back and study each purchase before pulling the trigger.
This year so far, new bow $600.00, two new rest- $120.00, new sight- $65.00, two new dozen arrows- $125.00. Also new broadheads,f;etching jig, fletchings, fieldpoints, camo gloves X2, buzz buster, pearson deadly quiet.
You know what?
This is the worst post I' ve responded to all year. darnit, you made me look[:@].
" Sorry son, you 529 plan could have been better funded, but look at this deer I shot in 2003 ain' t he a bute!!, now get your hairnet on it' s time for the second shift at burger world!!"

I ussually go thru about 4-6 arrows a year counting pract. and hunting. It seems like every time I shoot a deer, the dang things always get broke on trees as he runs, or if its a pass thru, I' ll hit a rock or something on the other side, and pop the carbon fibers like a can of biscuits. And sometimes I just never find them.
