Not sure on that one. I've had mine for 2 years spray it down with Scent Eliminator every time I go out. Left it outside for a couple weeks and it still smells like new minus the slight deer pee smell where I accidently dripped some on it.

Bury it in a pile of damp leaves for a few days. That's what I do with any new item I use for hunting (camo, climber, etc). That seems to remove artificial smells faster than just airing it out. The other thing you can do is set it up down wind of a camp fire (or just burn some brush). Cloth and plastic seem to absorb smoke like a sponge for some reason. Deer don't seem to be alarmed by the smell of wood smoke.

I use acorn spray and make a pine scent spray,I cut the branches off a pine tree and boil them and dump the water in a spray bottle works out pretty good for me,my blind is in the woods right now I put mine out a month before season starts.
