I think they are " one" of the best products as far as silencing a bow.
With that said they break often and do IMO slow a bow down a bit.
They are so good that you can usually just use one (with my bowtech and Mathews anyway) with no perceivable diff. You may gain back a fps or two.
Whiskers, cut down to a ball the size of a quarter work almost as well, are much cheaper and last longer. The diff between the two in sound is probably so slight you could not tell.
Speed balls can gain you some fps but do not IMO cut down string vibration as much as the above - and you need a chrono and a lot of free time to get there location just perfect or they will slow you down more than the others.
It really depends on the bow and the setup - some work better with diff. setups.
You cant go wrong with whiskers or the leach IMO.
