Default Mechanical broadheads for turkeys?

Has anyone used mechanical broadheads on turkeys? If so, what grain?

I' ve used 150 gr. Rocket Sledgehammers w/a 3 1/2"
cut and 100 gr. NAP Spitfires w/a 1 1/2" cut. Both work
very well.
