The guy who runs through the woods in a loincloth and bashes them in the head with a rock turns his nose up at the guy in the next cave, who has taken to sharpening a tree branch and hurling it at 'em...

there just dying to have more people jacking deer arent they. Crossbows and this thing I wonder how many guys drive through backroads with farms around and pop 8 points through the window. There really just ruining the art of hunting. If people wanna shoot a rifle then shoot a rifle if people wanna bowhunt then learn to bowhunt. Dont incorporate the two if this gets legalized this will be the most rediculous thing iv seen.

Disdain, I don't disdain them, just they are not what I prefer to use, but that one definitely crosses the line.

Watch out getting high and mighty. Some will find you to be a slob.
This coming from someone that tagged out for the season...with a trad bow! Imagine how soon you would have been done shooting your hybrid. My Diamond is only pushing around 260fps!

Whoops, type-o there. My fastest trad bow, which is a recurve at 60lbs, with a 300 grain arrow is 230 fps. Sorry. I had compounds on my mind. With a hunting arrow, which is about 610 grains will be about 190. My long bows are much slower than that.

Yep, that was a type-o. My ipe longbow, that I was shooting this season is about 160 fps with a 550 grain arrow. I have no clue what that hybrid compound I made is. I need to cronie it. I would guess it is going pretty fast.

Now the arrows I was shooting at those three does on the river was smoken. Glad you and Bob were there to help me lug them sobs up the cliff.
