He came in about 5:10 I didnt even see him coming in until he was right there. Im between a swamp[ bedding area] and a clover field. When I seen him he was nosing around in the leaves
looking for acorns. He was coming guartering to me and soon would be disappering behind some trees and would be gone. I put the 20yrd pin tight behind his leg and let it go, he turned and ran toward the swamp after the shot, at about 60 yrds he stopped and stood there for about 30 seconds. It looked like he was trying to lay down[ oh no gut shot] but he fell down and layed there for about a minute and I was already thinking of getting
down and backing out, all of a sudden his hind legs kicked twice
and his body trembled violently and then it went limp. I knew it
was over and then I trembled all all over. It was awesome.

The broken tine will hurt the score, he's at the butcher now and 'I will get the meat and the rack back in about 4 days . My son will score him up then, I'm hopeing he will still go over a 100.
