Ground blind question????
I spent my first full day in my new Primos Ground Max yesterday and after a smooth moring I got back in a 12:30 yesterday afternoon and by 4:30 I was very claustrophobic. Have any of you had this problem?

It's definitely a different set-up than a treestand in terms of visibility and a feeling of openess. I do know what you mean but I also feel more relaxed than in a treestand, being able to move more without being detected. I can typically hear anything coming my way from aways away through the thick covering of leaves on the forest floor, so I'll bring something to read along and that takes my mind off any monotonous stretches where I'm not seeing deer and just staring at the walls of the ground blind. Hope it works out for you. I love ground blinds for all day rut sits.

I am a big guy and my first year in a tree was h*ll Though nothing happen it was just odd being 475 pounds and sitting 12 feet high for hours. I love it now though i enjoy ground hunting to. I also find it alittle odd hunting on the ground thinking it is dark and a werewolf would walk up and eat me any time. It might be because when i was hunting as a kid a coyote or something ran by and brushed my feet
