Way to go on the recovery and sticking with it! I know how it is to have to skip work and drive an hour and a half to track... been there done that. Too bad about the foxes/coyotes though, but congrats on the kill/recovery!

Maybe a bear also. Seeing as she was dead when the critters would have found her, we see a lot lot lot of bears in maryland when we go.

No bears here where we are. Only up in Western Md from extream Western Montgomery Co on westward. Garrett Co has a good population of bears now with Allegany and Frederick Co.'s in hot pursuit.
