like you, many of us check Message boards on a regular basis-just not much Bowhunting going on & many other things taking up time-yard work, Garden,...

Yep! down here I gottsta mow the lawn every 5 days, and trim the bushes back every 2nd mow. Once every 2 weeks a gottsta pressure wash the house with a chlorinne solution to stop mildew because the humidity is so high. There are vines that grow like crazy, 1 foot per day(not kudzu) that when I mow the lawn, I gottsta pull, cut or just get rid ofand they are tangled up in the hedge.

The wife and I are still replanting from all the plants we lost due to the freezes we had this past winter. And I gottsta stare at my pineapple plants, some of which are attractive looking hose plants (Costa rican variety) and others are producing a flowering ball on a stalk(hawaiian ) yet the plant, other than the flower is ugly.

Fank I think last years off season was the slowest. I remember posts being on the same top page for days on end. This year doesn' t to me seem as slow. But I have not been here often as I have been tearing up the blues surf fishing. Since My wife and I moved down the shore this past fall I have been a surf fishing junky. The blues are all over and are a blast to fish for.

See you guys in the fall.

no CARDEER.
That very well may be part of it. Though the Bowhunting forum was not really as big as the Off season forum to him he definitely did add a bit of spice to it.

Thanks for the replies folks. I guess only time will tell how things turn out.
