bowtech diamond issues ?

Thats sucks, sorry to hear that they are NOT in contact with you. I just bought my son a Diamond one reason being customer service.

Hopefully Rob or Greg can help you out with this!

Also...

Bowtech/Diamond can't force a dealer to work on your bow. Think about it.

i know they cant force a dealer to do anything and i wouldnt expect that but i would have liked a response to my email sent early last week

Oz, sorry to hear about your problems. Have you sent an email? This can help too. Be sure to mention that you called as well. I do hope they take care of it, those Marquis are simply amazing bows.

yep sent an email over a week and a half ago i like how the bow shoots but i know the more i shoot it the more of the covering will come off i can see its the coating over the camo thats peeling off
so if i dont get an email back later this week what can i do???? pretty much nothing i think unless the guys on here can push it forward

I would call the company direct. You will likely talk to/leave a message for a guy named Nick. When I have had problems, He has gotten back to me on them.

I honestly think the finish on the BowTech's are as tough as there is on the market. I would say this is an isolated case, but I know that does not help you in your situation.

Email is a poor way to try and communicate with most companies, and unfortunately many emails sent to lots of companies never get answered. Do your best to talk with someone direct on the phone.

I hope your problem gets resolved.
