Here in Michigan, I am seeing more and more young people get involved in bow hunting. The problem is that they are not provided the training necessary to be proficient. They get a bow go into the woods and now they think they are Fred Bear.
I, firmly beleive that every one has the right to hunt, but they must hunt right. Spend time with our young people, teach them what you have learned, and over the years you wil see a higher harvest rate from better bow hunters.

Here in KY our numbers as hunters has dropped off 2% in the last year, the harvest numbers for bowhunters continues to be good and our herd is doing OK in most central and western counties. [8D]
