What if a deer started eating some special golden estrus on a wick hanging off a branch... i dont know i just find there reasons for banning hunting in this state very stupid.

Dude baiting is not illegal in West Virginia! You can hunt over corn, acorn rage, apples, salt licks, heck even peanut butter if you want to. How long have you hunted in WV thinking its illegal to bait?

I'm not sure on this, but even if it is illegal to hunt over it can't you still use it and put it out to get the deer to come over to your hunting area as long as it is not there when your hunting it?Or is there a law against using them altogether?
