Off season is usually home improvement season for me. Working on refinishing our wood floors now. I wish I was a hell of a lot shorter though, those floors are a long way away!

Snowmobile a lot right now.. Again record setting snow levels in Northern Idaho, we already have over 80 inches of accumulation... looking like record highs again over 120 inches predicted for the winter..
Shed hunting when the snow melts in the spring.. We are getting dumped on Sat but havent had snow for a week..so I am gonna shed hunt Friday afternoon for the first time this year before the big snow hits.
Cougar hunting right now, went last weekend, going again in two weeks.

well Rybo its a completely different type of hunting.. Hounds do all the work for us and we tromp through the snow to get to the tree'd cat, really steep country down in Hells Canyon and Salmon River Canyon were I am hunting cats.. Extreme conditions in many ways, but really high adrenaline when those hounds get a cat tree'd ...snow was really poor this past weekend..old and crusty and deep..we needed a fresh snow we only cut one good track all weekend.. going back for more though.. We used snowmobiles to get around on the snowed in logging roads.. lots of fun
