I've never been one to measure the precision of my arrows but I did it today..

My Gold Tip Ultra is 246 grains + a 75 gr. muzzy expandable...

Is this ok for my 2009 season?

Too Heavy...??

Yes or No..
Now I think you're kidding!!!! Muzzy don't make an expandable. Now in all seriousness, if you want to shoot something that light, don't be trying any 50yd shots!!! I don't care what you're shooting, that's a bit light for that long of a shot.

OHbowhunter - You're right...I meant Wasp...not muzzy...no expandable for muzzy....it just may have been the wine I was drinking with my bro down in GA.

On the flip side...

I killed a doe at 53 yards with a NAP spitfire Xp @ 100gr. with a 5575 GT and 260 fps out of my HOYT...

I went through both lungs and buried the fletchings(no pass through)...the deer went 60 yards with a lumanock bright as can be across the field....This is a real story. And a dead doe....
