Default Same buck????

I never even realized this till now. I got this pic in July of 07 and always thought something is not right with the rack but just couldnt peg it. I got to cleaning out my photobucket account today and started looking at a double beam rack my son found last shed season 1/4 mile away from where i got the pic. Keep in mine it has some serious bone chewed off it. Im thinking of having this one restored. Now im thinking it may be the same buck. What is everyones opinions?? Is it??

I have 2 say no, at first I thought it was but the trail cam pic looks like a much taller deer than the one you have.
