We are going to try and log as much as possible. Doe harvest numbers/age/weight, buck harvest numbers/age/weight, % of buck fawns in total antlerless harvest, total deer sightings, buck sightings and age guess, etc. There will definitely be hunters that have or will keep track of this sort of stuff. I'm sure we'll have some that won't. It will all depend on their level of participation. We will ask everyone to participate in recording harvest numbers. We will alsoencourage everyone to keep the jaw bones for aging. A few participants have offered the use of a scale so hunters can weight their deer. I hope everyone takes advantage of that. We have a lot to figure out yet as forming a co-op is new to all of us. Sure is exciting though!
