I broke down order a CuddeBack

RE: I broke down order a CuddeBack
I bought my Capture IR about 3 weeks ago. I had 3 Stealth Cams over the last 3 years, but was not having much luck with them.
I forked over some extra cash for my Cudde, and I plan on buying at least 1 or 2 more of the flash kind for next season. The IR does work great though. I was used to having nearly 75% of blanks with my Stealth Cams, and out of about 50 images with 2 set ups I only have 1 blank with my Cuddeback.
The drawbacks I don't like are they only provide a cheap strap for setup, and no convenient way to lock with a normal padlock. I have been doing it, but it is a pain trying to get one locked onto it with a normal sized padlock and cable. Also, you are only able to take one picture at a time...the closest you can get is 30 seconds as a time. Another, I was not able to view the SD Cards on my camera, but I just began switching the cards out. No video really wasn't to big of a deal for me.
Overall----a much better camera than my 3 Stealth Cams, and I can't wait to buy a few more before next year. I'm also going to plan on buying their card reader too.

Germ,
Congrats on your first camera purchase. I think you will find that it can become very addictive. Cuddes have had issues in the past with their sensors. Yes, they do trigger fast and yes the pics. they take are high quality but if the unit is not sensing, you won't get any pictures. Log onto www.chasingame.com and see what they have to say about cuddes. Another good sight, where they actually compare detection zones from different cameras side by side is www.trailcampro.com Good luck with your purchase and I hope to see some pics from your new-found addiction.
Blessings.....Pastorjim
NY/AL I'll start the bidding at 1.50/HR. Anybody else?
