In the summer I shoot at least 5 days a week. During the season I try to shoot at least twice a week, at least a few arrows.

During the summer pretty much every day.

During the winter as often as I have light.

Compound and recurve but probably more with the compound right now as I am still getting it set up right.

It really depends probably avg about 3xs/wk right now. Floodlights at night and sometimes throughout the day I'll shoot a few if work is slow.

I shoot every chance i get. i try to shoot everyday not just for improvement but b/c i enjoy it. my life is very busy and its the one thing i feel like i can do to completely lose touch with everything else for the time im shooting.

even in the winter i shoot almost everyday no matter how cold. i usually shoot at night b/c the winter winds die down at night. i have big flood lights in my back yard and one points at the target and the others about twenty yards out.

I don’t practice very much when it comes to my compound. Pretty much none thru the winter, some in the spring if I use it for Turkeys, and then scattered sessions over the summer getting ready for the season.

I shoot my trad bows much more often. Some weeks I will get in 5-6 sessions, busy weeks maybe 2-3. I will also shoot my trad bow over the winter in the basement just to work on release and muscle conditioning.

I went to the Allen Iverson school of bowhunting.

Shooting more than twice a month, to me, is a waste of valuable scouting time. I've been shooting bow for the better part of 20 years. I know how to do it. I don't need to practice.
