Default RE: Guided or not? No right or wrong answer

I just went on my first paid guide hunting trip this year to Indiana. It was a great time and will be back. The cost wasn't that bad and the hunting was great. On another note when we go to Alabama with friends it's like a guided hunt our buddies are there all the time and usally know where the deer are moving and just tell us to go here or there only difference is no money envoled. My job is a fishing guide on Lake Okeechobee I fish with many different people some are novice anglers and some are as good or maybe better than me. WhatI get paid for is my knowledge of the lake and fish movements. Sometimes it's really just cheaper for people to hire me and not spend 3 or 4 days scouting and just go fishing. Sound Familar
