Default Magnus vs Rage, this will be a loaded thread

I am a magnus man and I have seen what they can do. I am a big fan of fixed blade cut on contact broad heads. I know not every body shoot magnus or even rage. Do not get me wrong I think that rage are alright, But I think that Magnus Stingers and snuffers are tougher and more reliable!

Some of you have seen my video on magnus snuffer 125gr heads on youtube. and I ended up getting a comment about how rage couldnt do what magnus can do.

So lets talk it out. I do not want anybody to get really upset in here because we are all loyal to what we like So keep it nice folks.

Without a doubt, fixed blade cut-on-contact broadheads are more reliable than any mechanical open-on-contact broadhead ever produced. Facts are facts. I use to shoot Satellite Titans for the longest time because they were like a table saw flying through the air at the deer I was about to shoot. Devastating. The reason that I ventured away fromfixed blade broadheads was pure laziness and expense. I was too lazy to spend the money on 2 or 3 targets every year so I could shoot every other day! That $h!t adds up! Plus,it's much easier toget my bow to shoot good with mechanical blades so that means less time tinkering and more time sitting in a tree! Just my observation.

well, I can not argue that Rage fly well, but magnus are suposed to be spin tested.

I'm more a fan of the rage. The reason being is that I've never sharpened broadheads, and it's easier to just replace the blades once they dull...

I have Shuttle-T's and Rage 3's in my quiver. Both fly exactlylike my field points. Next year I might try out some Magnus though.

Shuttle T-lock 100 Gr. for me. I have shot Rages and Stingers but the T-Locks got my attention over them two. Fly Just like a Field point and are very very strong!

They are totally different animals.....if they are used correctly, they both are good heads.....

Mangus rock! I've taken deer out to 40 with them, and they fly excellent for me.
