Kansas whitetail
Got him Oct 28th out of ground blind.
I had about 8 does and fawns come out in my food plot at about 5:30 follwed by a 115-120 that started a little chasing. They kept feeding and chasing around for about an hour and at 6:30 I heard some crunching along the edge of the woods byscrape. Looked out the window of the blind and saw a little buck by the scape. He left the scrape and started chasing around with the other little bucks after the does and fawns. About 10 minutes later heard some noise by the scrape again, another little buck. (I have to lean forward in the blind to look out the window to see the scrape.)
Then....5 minutes later some more noise by the scrape and I looked out the window and there he stood. Grabbed my bow off the Bow Jaws bow holder, drew back and put the 30 yard pin on him and let her fly. He muled kicked and ran back into the timber. I waited in the blind until dark (about 1/2 hour) and went over to where I shot him. Blood right away and followed it about 50 yards and there he layed.
Whitetail adrenalin rush, does it get any better.
