'Bama Morning
Took this picture out of my stand Sunday Morning.......
And people wonder why we get up and sit in a stand at o-dark-thirty. I would do it everyday for rewards like this.
Im not sure of "chapter-verse" but I am reminded of a verse to a song I heard a long time ago....
"Oh Lord, Our Lord, How majestic is thy name in all the earth."
Enjoy the Day folks

RE: 'Bama Morning
Yes it is a ground blind.
I put it there about 3 weeks ago then realized how limited my vision was from there. I have much better vision from the stand but it is a little more frustrating seeing more deer but having them out of range!!!!!
If I were to see one outta the blind I would more than likely have the shot. So it poses kind of a dilemma, but I like seeing deer even if Im not shooting.
Most rewarding was 2 weeks ago when I took my 10 yr old daughter out and we watched a doe and 2 yearlings out in that field for about an hour. Was my daughters first time out and she loved it. Hopefully I can keep that enthusiasm alive with her.
I sure feel fortunate to have a place like this to hunt and to share with a kid.
Some jerky sure would be good right now too though!!!!
BTW, thanks for the compliment.
