Again....thanks for sharing....and kudos to YOU for goint through everything to get him set up.

He is in great shape. He goes to the Y everyday and does stairs, or free weights, treadmill and all that. He takes kick boxing workouts twice a week. He plays racket ball every week. He's tough as nails. Not many 65 year old guys can bench press 285 pounds. He does 200 pushups every morning. He can do them one handed or any tough version of the pushup you want him to do. I kick his butt in golf. LOL

At first glance and before I read the story I thought....WOW, that move to NY did Dave alot of good...not only did you get in better shape, you got better looking too! LOL

I hope to be in even half as good a shape as that at 65...congrats to your friend and to you for securing another bowhunter to the ranks.
