OK New York Bowhunters, its our turn !!
Well it seems like Christmas Eve tonight for all of us who bowhunt NY. All the scouting, treestand hangin' and finally.....we get to start our season tomorrow morning.
I will be hunting what we call Cemetary Stand in the morning. Hopefully I will get a glimpse of the buck who has been keeping the scrapes clean.
Lets be sure and have an update. I plan on hunting tomorrow morning and the evening.
This stand for me, is the first time in it....along with the property..how about you ??? Old faithful or new set up ??

Today is the day Rob. GL to you also. 1 more hour and I'm off to my stand. Same land different spot, so we will see what happens. I can shoot any doe's, pur the request of the land owner this year. Some day I will find me a real good area to hunt, but for now I have to work with what I got. Be safe all

The count this morning between two of us was 21 deer, 2 bucks, one which was somewhere around 15-16 inch 8 point. Main beams were somewhat thin, so it was passed on.
All the deer were seen between 7am-8am...stayed in the stand until 10
Heading back out for the evening hunt. Scrapes were wide open !!!
