I would have a group vote on the rules. also i would vote on who is the chair. also i would come up with a list that would bar you from hunting the next season if you break them. Say do not recover a deer. or break a law such as shooting deer illegally

i live in a gated community ( treasure lake-Dubois pa)that is over-run with whitetails! a couple of years ago i started and got passed a hunt to cure the over population.my problem is that every yearwe let someone else bechairperson of the hunt (to let evryone add an idea and to be fair)and every year they seem only to ruin it!take for instance this year, our chairperson shot an illegal buck last season (he did turn it in said he did not see the 3 points behind its ears) WOW! aren't you supposed to IDENTIFY your target? this year he gut shot a doe and jumped it to fast and never did recover it. this guy then has the go-nads to tell other hunters that only a select few will be invited back next year and that only SKILLED archers such as himself will be able to hunt near houses (parklets) having read this, my question is how can you have a hunt like this and keep it going without letting those SKILLED archers ruin it? it is a must have hunt since the deer are a major nuisence and have over-run this community! any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated. thank-you for your time.
