People always have to question.. Personally I say congrats. I do like nicer pics but for some I guess it don't matter.. As far as the shot it looks ok to me if the deer was at a hard quarter away. Fletchings are probably bloody either due to the deer spraying blood on them as he ran or the dude really did get a pass through and just stuck the arrow back in for pics.. lol Who knows.. Arrow matches just fine too.. Either way I really like the looks of that buck and would take him in a heartbeat...

ICALL, and the rest of you that are less than impressed with the quality of these photos, I agree with 100%.Why would you need to keep the arrow in for the pictures? As already stated, show this great animal a little respect. These pictures wind up on the wrong forum and then all of us have to defend ourselves. We don't need it.
And as far as being jealous not a chance, envious, yes!I won't deny that, and anyone who says they are not is full of it.That is a once in a lifetime Deer. So congrats to the Hunter,I'm sure he was on cloud 9 after getting that Deer,I knowIwould be and I have done more than my share of things I shouldn't have done.I'm just saying, let's use a little common sense with your next Trophy Photo.
I'll get off my soap box now,

ORIGINAL: Double Creek

Grosses in the 190s and nets mid 160's typical.

Do you know if there are good size deer around the Okolona area?
