My camera is mounted to my stand and is still as can be. Honestly the top of your climber (if thats what you mount it to) shouldn't be moving a whole lot once you are up there and set up.
Good point! I didn't think of that. As long as the hunter is standing to shoot, the top part should be still allowing for smooth video when mounted on the stand.
