Can anyone tell a dumb european guy what's the deal with the Ross cardiac on the Bowtech website ???

What's your question? Ross is now by Bowtech so it's the new Ross Cardiac by Bowtech. It comes in a 31 and a 34 inch axle to axle design.

You need to understand what that says so I guess that's what your asking. Bowtech did not buy out all prior Ross material etc... but all future Ross' line of bows are now by Bowtech.
