I agree. Whats the point of paying that much to get a 160+ buck if one you don't have to earn it and 2 if you get it you cann't put it in Pope & Young. It is like the Bucks of Tecomate (think I spelt it right) you always see tons of deer. Besides high fence where else will you see that many deer in one location. at all hours of the day.

Ok. Blast away at me, but I have to say I am kinda on the fence here. (Pardon the pun.) I know out west is a whole different ball game, but out here, a thousand acres is a TON of land. I you get a couple hundred unbroken acres to hunt around here, you are doing great. There are many places where there are natual barrier not unlike the fence.
This is nothing I would ever do (nor have the money to do), but I can see as mentioned before that some people don't have the time luxury. Is it that much different than me going to the store to buy a turkey for Thanksgiving? I could grow my own. I have the land and the resources, but they certainly wouldn't be as big and juicy.
I certainly don't think this is hunting (especially when a guide takes you to the deer and probably you are shooting over a bait pile).. I just don't think I would crucify someone for doing it.

You know what? This Texan doesn't give a damn what you think about it.
I could never afford it anyway, but for the people who can, more power to them.
