I have 3 buck targets out, 1 coyote and a turkey. The only thing that's bothered them thus far has been the bear that chewed the ass out of the one deer.
Course that other bear (blond bear video) was scared of the coyote target maybe that keeps the deer at bay as well.
We'll see this year as I have that big Glendale towards the woods more. (50 yard shot from my deck).

Ok I doubt these 2 had anything to do with it but it WAS around the same time as the pics and she IS a big ol' girl.
Maybe she just doesn't like men?

Wow, I need to get back to my dad's place in WA. He said the other day he startled a beautiful buck as he went to check the fenceline. I know where they bed up on the hill in the upper corner of his property. Last season hunters were begging to go get the buck that is in there. you'll see him every morning feeding in the field. If it is the same buck he was a 8 pt buck 2 1/2 years ago. That would make him between 4 and 6 years old. Wonder how long deer will live if not pressured?

A couple of years ago I had a McKenzie and a Blueridge target in my back yard. One night I came home and noticed that they were both gone. The next morning I went out find them in pieces and both on the legs on the McKenzie were bent. There were deer tracks everywhere around them. Pretty cool.
